To guarantee your reservation, our payment process is divided into two simple steps:
  • Deposit Payment: A deposit of 10% to 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking. This ensures your slots are secured and allows us to arrange all services in advance.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due at least three days before your departure. You can choose to pay online via a secure link or in person at our Hanoi office.

2. Flexible Payment Options
Option 1: Secure Online Payment (Recommended)
This is the fastest and safest way to secure your booking with No Extra Fees for the deposit.
  • Direct Website Booking: Book and pay your deposit directly via our official website: www.halongtravelgroup.com.
  • Payment Link: If you prefer a custom amount (e.g., paying more than 30% or full payment), our sales team will send a Custom Payment Link to your email.
  • Cards Accepted: We accept all major international cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Option 2: Payment at Our Hanoi Office
If you are already in Hanoi, you can visit us to settle the balance.

  • Accepted Currencies: Cash (USD, EUR, AUD, SGD, VND) or Credit Cards.
  • Note: For balance payments made by credit card at the office, a 3% bank service fee will apply.

  • Processing Time: It typically takes 7 to 12 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's policy.
  • Support: Our team will provide a confirmation receipt once the refund process is initiated.
