BOOKING POLICY - HALONG TRAVEL GROUP

Welcome to Halong Travel Group. By making a reservation through our website, email, or hotline, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We strive to provide a transparent and professional booking experience for all our guests.

1. Pricing & Rates
●    Currency: All service rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).
●    Validity: Rates are subject to change; however, once your booking is confirmed, your rate is guaranteed.

2. Reservation & Payment Process
●    Securing Your Booking: To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% to 50% of the total tour cost is required.
●    Final Payment: The remaining balance is due at least three days before your departure. You can choose to pay online via a secure link or in person at our Hanoi office.
●    Bank Surcharge: A 3% service fee applies to all credit card transactions.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to be officially processed.
3.1 Cancellation by Guests
●    More than 7 days before arrival: No cancellation fee is applied (Except for the non-refundable 3% transaction fee).
●    Within 7 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
●    Transaction Fees: Please note that the 3% bank service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

3.2 Cancellation Due to Bad Weather
If local authorities cancel cruise operations due to safety or poor weather conditions:
●    Cancellation on Check-in Date: Guests will receive a 100% refund of the total payment.
●    Shortened Itineraries: If your trip is shortened (e.g., from 3 days to 2 days or 2 days 1 night), you will only be charged for the actual services used. The remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.
●    Urgent Assistance: Our sales team will confirm the final adjusted costs via email and provide immediate support for any changes.

3.3 No-Show & Unused Services
●    No refunds or exchanges will be provided for no-shows or any unused portions of the tour, including meals, sightseeing fees, or transportation.

4. Passenger Information & Registration
●    Booking Confirmation: We generally send official confirmations via email within 48 hours of receiving your request.
●    Required Details: For port registration, guests must provide full details (Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Passport Number) at least 24 hours before check-in.
●    Connectivity: Please be advised that Wi-Fi and TV signals may be unstable while the cruise is navigating far from the mainland.

5. Children & Family Policy
●    Under 4 years old: Free of charge (Limited to one child per room).
●    Aged 4 to 6: 50% charge of the adult price (Sharing room with parents).
●    Aged 7 to 11: 75% charge of the adult price (Sharing room with parents).
●    12 years and older: Full adult rates apply.
●    Room Occupancy: Maximum 2 adults and 2 children under 12, OR 3 adults per room (Extra bed charges apply).
●    Infant Care: Baby cots are available free of charge (subject to availability).
